The meeting organisers announced on Monday (8) that he will be facing a brace of two-time winners over the barriers at the Athletissima meeting: USA’s Bershawn Jackson (2006 and 2010) and Puerto Rico’s Javier Culson (2013 and 2014).
Other athletes in the 400m hurdles this year will include the USA’s Michael Tinsley, the London 2012 Olympic Games and 2013 IAAF World Championships silver medallist.
The 100m has always been one of the highlights of Athletissima and this year it will be no different this year.
The organisers have assembled Justin Gatlin, Tyson Gay and Asafa Powell, who have all won at least once in Lausanne’s Pontaise stadium.
The trio currently occupy the top three places in the 2015 100m lists with Gatlin leading the way after his personal best of 9.74 at the opening IAAF Diamond League meeting of 2015 in Doha last month.
