Wanda Diamond League triple jump champion Yulimar Rojas will continue her campaign for a third successive title at the Kamila Skolimowska Memorial Meeting in Silesia, Poland next Sunday.
Rojas began her 2023 campaign with a win in Oslo last month, and will be hoping to double her points tally and take another huge step towards qualification for the series final when she takes on the likes of Shanieka Ricketts and Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk at the Slaski Stadion.
The Venezuelan is a late edition to the entry lists at the eighth leg of this year's Diamond League, and will feature alongside a star-studded line-up which includes fellow Diamond Trophy holders Jakob Ingebrigtsen, Noah Lyles and Mondo Duplantis.
Pole vault world record holder Duplantis set a meeting record of 6.10m in Silesia last year and is in fine fettle going into this year's event, having recently attempted the world record once again at his home meeting in Stockholm.
Norwegian middle distance star Ingebrigtsen is also on fire at the moment after setting a new European record on home soil at the Oslo Diamond League in June and will be firm favourite to claim a fourth straight victory in the men's 1500m in Poland.
Lyles will feature in a highly anticipated 100m double bill, with world champion Fred Kerley and fellow Americans Christian Coleman and Marvin Bracy also featuring in the men's race, while Sha'Carri Richardson goes up against Shericka Jackson, Marie Josée Ta Lou and others in the women's.
Other world, Olympic and Diamond League champions in action in Silesia include high jump stars Yaroslava Mahucikh and Gianmarco Tamberi, 3000m steeplechase legend Soufiane El Bakkali, 100m hurdles world record holder Tobi Amusan and shot put world record holder Ryan Crouser.
Full entry lists will be published in due course here.
