The 2024 Wanda Diamond League will burst out of the blocks in China this Saturday, as the likes of Mondo Duplantis, Sha'Carri Richardson and Hansle Parchment launch their campaigns at the opening meeting of the season in Xiamen.
Xiamen will be the first step on a six-month journey across four different continents and fifteen different cities, as the athletes battle it out for a place in the series final in Brussels on September 13th-14th.
With the sport's biggest stars set to compete at every meeting, the Wanda Diamond League also provides the perfect dress rehearsal for 2024's biggest stage: the Olympic Games in Paris.
The action on Saturday will start at 17:35 local time (GMT+8) with the men's high jump and the main programme will kick off at 19:00 local time with the women's 400m. You can follow live coverage via the blog below.
